Hand-trimmed and rubbed with our house blend of spices, these cooked whole Tri-Tips are a great item to bring to dinner.  Approximately 2-2.5lbs, these Tri-Tips, thinly sliced, can serve between 6-8 people.
 
Tri-Tips come packaged cold with reheating instructions for pick-up on Saturday mornings between 9-10am.  Orders must be placed by Thursday, at 10am for same-week pick-up.  All orders placed after 10am on Thursday will be available the following Saturday (9 days later).
