Rubbed with our house rub and allowed to marinate, these smoked Prime Ribs are like nothing you've ever had before.  Packed with flavor, incredibly moist, this tender cut will be the talk of your Christmas or New Year's Dinner.  This roast can feed approximately 12 people - each with a 3/4" thick slice of Prime Rib.  And as a bonus, we serve up some horseradish on the side!
 
Holiday Prime Ribs come packaged hot or cold on the selected date between 4-6pm.  All orders must be placed by two days in advance.
