Rubbed with our house rub and allowed to marinate, these smoked Prime Ribs are like nothing you've ever had before. Packed with flavor, incredibly moist, this tender cut will be the talk of your Christmas or New Year's Dinner. This roast can feed approximately 12 people - each with a 3/4" thick slice of Prime Rib. And as a bonus, we serve up some horseradish on the side!

This meal includes Prime Rib, Mashed Potatoes, Garden Salad, Rolls, and a dessert for 12 people. It includes horseradish, croutons, dressing, and butter.

Holiday Prime Ribs come packaged hot or cold on the selected date, between 4-6pm. All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.
